The principal may issue entrance keys to staff.  The disposition of all keys shall be maintained in a log.  Lost keys shall be immediately reported to the principal.  Keys shall be returned to the principal prior to a staff member leaving the employ of the Division.  All employees are responsible for the keys issued to them.

Where security systems (intruder alarms) are installed, staff members will be given an individual personal identification number (PIN) where applicable.
