Early Childhood Educator

At Rhineland Childcare Centre, we believe that all children are unique, valuable individuals and should be treated with respect and care.  We believe that Early Childhood Education is a profession worthy of respect, and plays a significant role in the lives of children in our community.  We believe that our program should model positive relationships and communication skills, and practice emergent curriculum in order to foster relevant learning that meets the needs of each child in our care.  Our program should value beauty and creativity, and provide an environment where all children are safe, secure, valued and loved.  We believe that there should be an organizational culture of teamwork among staff members where a free flow of varying ideas and opinions is encouraged.  We believe that the primary caregivers in each child’s life are their parents, and as such we must aim toward open communication and a respectful relationship with the families of children in our care.  We believe that RCC should be a place where friendships can develop and all individuals feel valuable.
